Dallas Sidekicks Ink Deal with Prominent Sportswear Company

The organization proudly partners with hummel to outfit its players and more this season.

(DALLAS, TX: September 20, 2018) The Dallas Sidekicks and hummel announced today the finalized partnership between the two sports brands.

Former Olympic soccer player and President of hummel U.S. Jeff Duback says, “It feels natural that hummel, an iconic soccer brand with a 95-year history in soccer and sport, has partnered with one of the most iconic soccer franchises in U.S. history, the Dallas Sidekicks.  We look forward to our collaboration with the Sidekicks and can’t wait to activate the hummel program to the Sidekicks fan base.”

According to the Dallas Sidekicks organization, hummel stood out as the obvious partner based not only on the quality of its products but also its passion for the sport of soccer and the great work hummel does throughout the world. The brand’s karma philosophy is to “change the world through sport,” stating “sport is more than a physical activity. It is a universal language with the strength to eliminate differences in politics, culture, religion, and beliefs.”

When asked his thoughts about the new partnership, head coach Simon Bozas states, ”Part-owner Michael Hitchcock was instrumental in executing our deal with hummel. His expertise and relationships in the world of sports is invaluable to me, and especially when it comes to choosing partners that closely align with our vision for the Sidekicks. The Dallas Sidekicks organization will announce the release of hummel apparel and other merchandise for purchase at a later date when design and production have been completed for the 2018-2019 partnership deal.
