Dallas Sidekicks Re-sign Midfielder

Billy O’Dwyer re-joins the Sidekicks for the 2018-2019 season

The Sidekicks have re-signed midfielder Billy O’Dwyer for the 2018-2019 MASL season. This will be O’Dwyer’s second season with the Sidekicks. Per team and league policies, terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

O’Dwyer is originally from Romania and came to the United States as a child. He played for the Texans soccer club and attended Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallasfor high school. He went to Grand Canyon University and saw action in 16 games and made two starts while assisting two goals.

When asked why he is excited for the season O’Dwyer responded, “I am excited for the opportunity to play with some of the best players in Dallas and guys I’ve grown up playing with or against in Dallas.”
