Dallas Sidekicks Start Preseason for 2022-23 MASL Season

The Dallas Sidekicks have officially started preseason for the 2022-23 MASL season. Last season, the Sidekicks reached the MASL playoffs for the first time since the 2014-15 season and they plan to have a strong preseason to have an even better season as well as go further into the playoffs.

The Sidekicks have partnered with EXOS Sports Performance to help with the team's strength and conditioning to help achieve new heights for the team this season.

They started preseason off with testing at EXOS Sports Performance where they measured their performance on the 40-yard dash and other agility drills. From there, they've been working on improving their times and agility 

They've also been training on the field to prepare for the upcoming season. With the new strength and conditioning program with EXOS Sports Performance and the regular on-field practice, the Sidekicks are sure they will have their best season yet! 

The Sidekicks have their Home Opener on December 10th at 7 PM at the Credit Union of Texas Event Center in Allen, Texas as they take on the Chihuahua Savage. Tickets are on sale now at www.dallassidekicks.com/tickets or by calling the office at 469-393-0160.
