Game Preview: Dallas Sidekicks Look To Bounce Back Against Soles De Sonora On December 30th

Allen, TX (Dec. 21, 2016) –Soles De Sonora visit the Allen Center Event for the only time during the 2016-17 season when they challenge the Dallas Sidekicks (4-5) on December 30 at 7:30 pm. The Sidekicks enter the match with a 4-4 record, while the Soles De Sonora enter the match with a 6-1 record.

The Dallas Sidekicks offense is averaging 7.7 goals per game and scoring 46% of their power play goals.  The team is also killing 70% of their penalties. Forward Cameron Brown leads the team in goals with 16. Brown also leads the team in points with 22. Cody Ellis & Dallas' captain Ricardinho lead the team with 8 assists each.

The Soles De Sonora is averaging 13.3 goals per game and scoring 47% of their power play goal and killing 83% on the penalty. Franck Tayou remains in the leader in points offensive, with 33 points, with seven assists and 26 goals.  Diego Reynoso will be starting in goal for Sonora next Friday night. Reynoso is averaging 7.43 goals against, Reynosos’ save percentage is .685.
