Sidekicks Fall to the Flash on the Road

Allen, TX (January 6, 2019)– The Dallas Sidekicks lost against the Monterrey Flash on the road 8-2 in regular season play Sunday evening. VcMor Eligwe and Cody Ellis each had one goal. The Sidekicks stayed with the Flash for the first half bringing the game 2-2 going into halftime. The Flash made it all the way to the Ron Newman Cup last season, so keeping on pace with the Flash showed the true grit and strength of this 2018-2019 Sidekicks team.

Monterrey’s Héctor Vallejo had two goals with Miguel Vaca and Edgar Flores each having one goal and two assists a piece. The Flash are still in the lead in the Southwest Division with Dallas coming in at second.
