Midfielder Arthur Ivo rejoins the Sidekicks
 for the 2020-2021 season

(ALLEN, TEXAS: July 18, 2020) The Dallas Sidekicks have announced midfielder Arthur Ivo will return for the 2020-2021 MASL season. This will be Ivo’s seventh season with the Dallas Sidekicks. Per team and league policies, terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Ivo was one of the Sidekicks most efficient players last season with 11 goals in his ten games played. His scoring average of more than a goal per game was boosted by his four-goal game in Turlock and a hat trick at home versus Tacoma, both those games were back in January this year.

"I am extremely happy to reach an agreement with this great organization and look forward to the time we are allowed to be back together training and playing games for our amazing Sidekicks fans," said Ivo.

Originally from Braganca Paulista, Brazil, Ivo has spent a lot of time in the Dallas area including currently coaching soccer and teaching at The Oakridge School in Arlington. He was selected 42nd overall by Toronto FC in the 2012 MLS Supplemental Draft. He played soccer at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Please join the Sidekicks in welcoming back Arthur Ivo!
