Defender TJ Nelson rejoins the Sidekicks
 for the 2020-2021 season

(ALLEN, TEXAS: April 9, 2020) The Dallas Sidekicks have announced defender TJ Nelson will return for the 2020-2021 MASL season. This will be Nelson’s fourth season with the Dallas Sidekicks. Per team and league policies, terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

TJ was rehabbing his knee last season and unable to play so he is amped up to get back out on the field for the Sidekicks this season. In his previous two seasons TJ racked up nine goals and seven assists, his contributions were greatly missed during the 2019-20 season and Dallas is excited to have him suit back up.

Nelson went to Sachse High School and played soccer at Southern Methodist University. Locally TJ played club soccer for the North Texas Strikers and played for the U.S. U-17 National Team at the international level which clearly demonstates his talent level.

Please join the Sidekicks in welcoming back TJ Nelson!
