Phil Sanders, was a textile salesman by trade with a love for Western movies was living in Dallas Texas when he opened the first Cowboy Chicken back in 1981. Sitting in his backyard with his wife, they pioneered cooking chicken on a rotisserie over a wood fire. They now offer curbside pickup and free delivery of orders over $15 to your door. With tons of locations all over the metroplex, if you are craving rotisserie chicken you never have to travel far from home to satisfy your cravings.
