Sidekicks Win in Overtime on the Road Against the Stars

Allen, TX (February 24, 2019)– The Dallas Sidekicks win on the road against the Tacoma Stars in overtime 5-4, in regular season play Sunday evening. Nestor Hernandez and Jamie Lovegrove led the way in scoring for the Sidekicks with two goals apiece and Cameron Brown had one goal.

The teams went into halftime tied 2-2 and battled back and forth through regulation. The score was tied 4-4 after regulation and the game went into overtime. Nestor Hernandez got the game-winning goal in overtime and ultimately the Sidekicks walked away with a victory.

The Sidekicks’ next regular season game is at home against the RGV Barracudas on March 2nd at 7.00 PM CT at the Allen Event Center in Allen, Texas. Fans can watch the game on ( or stay tuned to the Sidekicks’ social media pages for updates.
