The MASL Releases the 2018-2019 Season Schedule 

2018-2019 SCHEDULE

(DALLAS, TX: September 25, 2018) The Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) today announced the full schedule for the 2018-2019 season, slated to kick off the league’s fifth season on November 30 with a 10-game Opening Weekend. 

The league consists of 17 teams that will play 204 regular season games. The Dallas Sidekicks are scheduled to play three away games before its Home Opener on December 15 against the El Paso Coyotes.

Head coach Simon Bozas states, “The team is thrilled to return to such as strong league and looks forward to playing each and every team. We’re eager to get three away games under our belt before we play the Home Opener for our fans on our home turf at Allen Event Center on December 15.”

In the press release issued by MASL today, MASL Commissioner Joshua Schaub said, “Last year was exciting from the opening day right to the championship game in Monterrey. This year’s schedule could be even better. With teams being focused on their conference, each regular season game becomes a must-win.” 

 The release also states, “This season, teams will play a 24-game schedule (12 home, 12 away) within their conferences to determine playoff positioning. Each team will play their divisional foes a minimum of four times, the rest of the schedule will be filled with matchups from the other division in their conference.
