JOB DESCRIPTION: Video and Graphic Design Content Creator

The Dallas Sidekicks is looking for an experienced, relationship driven person to become a member of our team to up the level of the video and graphic design department. This position will work side by side with the Social Media Director to create a vision and a plan to help build awareness within the Dallas Community.

Job Purpose: To help create a positive Sidekicks experience for the fans by keeping them engaged with fun and new creative digital content.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

· Build a graphic design library to be used through out the year.

·Coordinate and work along side Social Media Director to ensure awareness is being built.

·Attend all off-season, in-season games and practices. TBD by monthly coordinated schedule with SM Director.

·Send completed practice, post game, interview footage to local news networks.

·Must be available to create content within 24 hrs.

·Ability to create graphics in a timely manner.

·Social Media Director may add additional responsibilities relevant to the job role.

Experience: 

· High School Diploma

· Preferred Sales experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

· Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork

· Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community

· Ability to utilize advertising and/or sales promotion techniques

· Ability to create, compose and edit written materials

· Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports

· Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures

· Ability to analyze and solve problems

· Ability to plan, organize, and implement a range of sales promotion programs and/or events

· Ability to identify and/or follow up on sales leads and referrals

Work Environment: 

Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. Occasional outdoor environment and extended periods of standing associated with team events.

Expectations: 

· Adhere to Dallas Sidekicks Organization Policies and Procedures

· Act as a role model within and outside the Dallas Sidekicks Organization

· Perform duties as workload necessitates

· Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload

· Meet Department productivity standards
